　　2、怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)：額定轉(zhuǎn)速下運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)幾分鐘，初步冷卻后，再將怠速/額定轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)置于“怠速”位置，使機(jī)組怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),使其水溫和油溫降下來。

 

　　2.Idle operation:operate the unit at rated speed for several minutes.After initial cooling,place the idle/rated change-over switch in the"idle"position to make the unit operate at idle speed and reduce its water and oil temperature.

 

　　3、切斷氣源：當(dāng)機(jī)組“水溫”、“油溫”降低到60℃以下后，關(guān)閉手動燃?xì)忾y門。剩余的燃?xì)饪墒箼C(jī)組繼續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)1、2分鐘，燃?xì)夂谋M后，機(jī)組將自動停機(jī)。

 

　　3.Cut off the gas source:when the"water temperature"and"oil temperature"of the unit drop below 60℃,close the manual gas valve.The remaining gas can keep the unit running for 1 or 2 minutes.After the gas is exhausted,the unit will shut down automatically.

 

　　4、停機(jī)后，將控制屏面板上的鑰匙關(guān)閉。

 

　　4.After shutdown,turn off the key on the control panel.

 

　　5、除發(fā)作飛車或工作場所呈現(xiàn)易燃?xì)獾炔粶y事故，正常狀況下嚴(yán)禁帶負(fù)荷停機(jī)。

　　6、若停機(jī)后需求長期封存，應(yīng)將沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)機(jī)組的冷卻水和機(jī)油放凈，將機(jī)組外表處置潔凈，相關(guān)部位涂抹封存油，以免零件銹蝕。

 

　　6.If long-term storage is required after shutdown,the cooling water and oil of the biogas generator unit shall be drained,the surface of the unit shall be cleaned,and the relevant parts shall be coated with sealing oil to avoid corrosion of parts.

 

　　7、緊急停機(jī)。正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的發(fā)電機(jī)組，未按正常停機(jī)步驟停機(jī)都屬于緊急停機(jī)。主要有兩種狀況：(1)發(fā)電機(jī)組因超速、油壓低等毛病緣由，自行報警停機(jī)。(2)在運(yùn)用過程中，遇到危及人身及設(shè)備平安的緊急狀況時，發(fā)電運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)人員按下“緊急停車”按鈕，人為機(jī)組停車。

 

　　7.Emergency stop.The generator set in normal operation,which is not shut down according to the normal shutdown steps,belongs to emergency shutdown.There are two main conditions:(1)the generator set alarms and shuts down automatically due to overspeed and low oil pressure.(2)During operation,in case of emergency endangering personal and equipment safety,the power generation operator presses the"emergency stop"button to stop the unit manually.

 

　　緊急停機(jī)的處置措施：切斷電源，用盤車工具人力盤轉(zhuǎn)曲軸，同時用手動機(jī)油泵泵油，帶機(jī)組水溫、油溫降至60℃以下后，在停止檢查處置。

 

　　Disposal measures for emergency shutdown:cut off the power supply,manually turn the crankshaft with turning tools,and pump oil with manual motor oil pump.After the water temperature and oil temperature of the unit drop below 60℃,stop inspection and disposal.
