1)工作原理
1) How it works
在電控單元的控制下, 尿素泵將尿素溶液從尿素罐中抽出, 計量、加壓后送到雙流體霧化噴槍, 壓縮空氣經(jīng)控制單元調(diào)壓后也送到計量噴槍,噴射閥打開后, 尿素在壓縮空氣的引射作用下噴出,和壓縮空氣混合后經(jīng)噴嘴霧化后噴入排氣管道。電控單元根據(jù)廢氣流量、催化劑的溫度和NOX濃度精確計算出所需的尿素溶液噴射量, 發(fā)出相應(yīng)的脈寬調(diào)制信號給計量泵, 計量泵根據(jù)信號對尿素溶液進(jìn)行計量, 從而保證時刻精確的尿素溶液噴射到排氣管道。
Under the control of the electronic control unit, the urea solution is pumped out of the urea tank by the urea pump, measured and pressurized, and then sent to the dual flow atomizing spray gun.
