4、檢查燃油供給系統(tǒng)的情況：①檢查燃油箱蓋上的通氣孔是否順暢，若孔中有污物應(yīng)清除清潔。加進(jìn)的燃?xì)馐欠窈线m要求的牌號(hào)，油量是否充沛，并打開(kāi)油路開(kāi)關(guān)。②打開(kāi)減壓機(jī)構(gòu)搖轉(zhuǎn)曲軸，每個(gè)氣缸應(yīng)有清脆的噴油聲音，表示噴油良好，若聽(tīng)到噴油聲不來(lái)油，可能油路中有空氣，此時(shí)可旋松燃?xì)鉃V清器和噴油泵的放氣螺釘，以排除油路中的空氣。③檢查油管及接頭處有沒(méi)有漏油現(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)題目及時(shí)措置解決。

4. Check the condition of the fuel supply system: ① check whether the air vent on the fuel tank cover is smooth. If there is any dirt in the air vent, clean it. Whether the added gas is suitable for the required brand, whether the oil quantity is sufficient, and turn on the oil circuit switch. ② Open the pressure reducing mechanism and rotate the crankshaft. Each cylinder should have a clear sound of fuel injection, indicating that the fuel injection is good. If the sound of fuel injection does not come, there may be air in the oil circuit. At this time, loosen the vent screw of gas filter and fuel injection pump to remove the air in the oil circuit. ③ Check whether there is oil leakage at the oil pipe and joint, and deal with the problem in time.

5、檢查水冷卻系統(tǒng)的情況：①檢查水箱內(nèi)的冷卻水量是否充沛，若水量不足，應(yīng)加足清潔的軟水。②檢查接頭水管有沒(méi)有漏水現(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)題目及時(shí)措置解決。③檢查冷卻水泵的葉輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)是否靈活，傳動(dòng)帶松緊是否適當(dāng)。檢查傳動(dòng)帶松緊，在轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)帶中部用手推壓，傳動(dòng)帶被壓下10~15mm為好。

5. Check the condition of the water cooling system: ① check whether the cooling water in the water tank is sufficient. If the water is insufficient, add enough clean soft water. ② Check whether there is water leakage in the joint pipe, and deal with the problem in time. ③ Check whether the impeller of the cooling water pump rotates flexibly and whether the tightness of the drive belt is appropriate. Check the tightness of the drive belt, push it by hand in the middle of the rotating belt, and the drive belt is pressed down by 10 ~ 15mm.

6、檢查潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的情況：①檢查機(jī)油管及管接頭處有沒(méi)有漏油現(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)題目及時(shí)措置解決。②檢查油底殼的機(jī)油量，將曲軸箱旁的量油尺抽出，不雅察機(jī)油面的高度是否合適端方的要求，不然應(yīng)添加機(jī)油，對(duì)燃?xì)鈾C(jī)，冬季加8號(hào)或11號(hào)燃?xì)鈾C(jī)機(jī)油，夏季加14號(hào)機(jī)油。如發(fā)現(xiàn)油面高度在端方高度以上時(shí)，應(yīng)認(rèn)真闡發(fā)機(jī)油增多的啟事，通常有三個(gè)方面的事項(xiàng)需要注意：a.加機(jī)油時(shí)，加的過(guò)量。b.燃?xì)饴┻M(jìn)曲軸箱，將機(jī)油沖稀。c.冷卻水漏進(jìn)機(jī)油中。③需要人工加油的油孔，均應(yīng)加注機(jī)油做用油槍加注潤(rùn)滑脂。

6. Check the lubrication system: ① check whether there is oil leakage at the oil pipe and pipe joint, and deal with the problem in time. ② Check the amount of oil in the oil pan, pull out the dipstick beside the crankcase, and check whether the height of the oil surface is suitable for the requirements of the end, otherwise, add oil. Cooling water leaks into the oil. ③ The oil holes that need to be filled manually should be filled with engine oil, and the grease should be filled with oil gun.

7、檢查起動(dòng)系統(tǒng)情況：①用點(diǎn)起動(dòng)燃?xì)鈾C(jī)組：a.先查起動(dòng)蓄電池電液比重是否在1.240~1.280范圍內(nèi)，若比重小于1.180表明蓄電池電量不足。b.檢查電源電線是否正確。c.檢查蓄電池接線柱上有沒(méi)有積污或氧化現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)將其打磨清潔。d.檢查起動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)及電磁把持機(jī)構(gòu)等電氣觸電接觸是否良好。

7. Check the starting system: 1. Start the gas turbine at a certain point: A. check whether the specific gravity of the starting battery is in the range of 1.240 ~ 1.280. If the specific gravity is less than 1.180, it indicates that the battery is insufficient. b. Check that the power cord is correct. c.
