8300低濃度瓦斯發(fā)電機組是在8300高濃度瓦斯發(fā)電機組基礎上開發(fā)的，主要適用于8％～30％濃度范圍內的混合瓦斯氣體。
The 8300 low concentration gas generator set is developed on the basis of the 8300 high concentration gas generator set, and is mainly suitable for mixed gas in the concentration range of 8% to 30%.
2. 使用條件：

低濃度瓦斯氣源條件：低濃度瓦斯氣輸送壓力5～15kPa，壓力變化率≤1kPa/min，變化速率≤5％/min；雜質粒度≤5μm，雜質含量≤30mg/Nm3, 水分含量≤40mg/Nm3，不含游離水，煤氣溫度≤40℃，含硫量≤20mg/Nm3。
Low concentration gas source conditions: low concentration gas transmission pressure of 5-15kPa, pressure change rate ≤ 1kPa/min, change rate ≤ 5%/min; Impurity particle size ≤ 5 μ m. Impurity content ≤ 30mg/Nm3, moisture content ≤ 40mg/Nm3, without free water, gas temperature ≤ 40 ℃, sulfur content ≤ 20mg/Nm3.

（1）適應瓦斯氣體濃度范圍8%～30%，適合煤層氣氣源波動大的特點，能保證機組輸出功率持續(xù)恒定。
(1) Adapting to the gas concentration range of 8% to 30%, suitable for the characteristics of large fluctuations in coalbed methane gas sources, and able to ensure continuous and constant output power of the unit.
（2）低濃度瓦斯輸送系統(tǒng)，采用火焰冷壁熄滅阻火、濕式水封阻火、濕式水霧伴送等措施保障輸送安全，對于輸送距離較長的管系還可以采用混合細水霧伴送來應對。
(2) The low concentration gas transportation system adopts measures such as flame cold wall extinguishing to prevent fire, wet water seal to prevent fire, and wet water mist accompanying to ensure transportation safety. For pipeline systems with long transportation distances, mixed fine water mist accompanying can also be used to cope.
（3）采用電控混合器技術、閉環(huán)自動控制技術，可實現(xiàn)燃氣發(fā)動機空然比和點火提前角的實時控制，通過爆震監(jiān)測實現(xiàn)點火提前角控制，使發(fā)動機工作在狀態(tài)，防止發(fā)動機出現(xiàn)爆燃、進氣管回火、排氣管放炮等問題。
(3) By using electronic mixer technology and closed-loop automatic control technology, real-time control of the optimal air fuel ratio and ignition advance angle of gas engines can be achieved. By monitoring detonation, the optimal ignition advance angle can be controlled to ensure that the engine operates at its optimal state and prevent problems such as detonation, intake pipe backfire, and exhaust pipe blasting.
（4）采用美國ALTRONIC公司生產的點火系統(tǒng)，以獲得高的點火能量和精確的點火時間，確保點火的安全可靠性。

（5）發(fā)電機組的轉速低，降低發(fā)動機磨損，延長機件的使用壽命，減少備件的儲備；

（6）采用雙層水冷排氣管結構，排溫低，燃燒充分，各缸排溫均勻。
