1、機(jī)組的搬運(yùn)

1. Handling of unit

在搬運(yùn)時(shí)應(yīng)注意將起吊的繩索應(yīng)系結(jié)在適當(dāng)?shù)奈恢?，輕吊輕放。當(dāng)機(jī)組運(yùn)到目的地后，應(yīng)盡量放在庫房內(nèi)，如果沒有庫房需要在露天存放時(shí)，則將郵箱墊高，防止雨水侵濕，箱子上應(yīng)加蓋防雨帳篷，以防日曬雨淋損壞設(shè)備。

During handling, pay attention to tie the lifting rope at the proper position and lift it gently. When the unit is transported to the destination, it should be placed in the warehouse as far as possible. If there is no warehouse to store it in the open air, the mailbox should be raised to prevent the rain from getting wet. The box should be covered with a rain-proof tent to prevent the equipment from being damaged by the sun and rain.

開箱前應(yīng)首先清除灰塵，查看箱體有無破損。核實(shí)箱號和數(shù)量，開箱時(shí)切勿損壞機(jī)箱。開箱順序是先拆頂板、再拆側(cè)板。

Before unpacking, dust shall be removed first to check whether the box is damaged. Verify the box number and quantity, and do not damage the case when unpacking. The unpacking sequence is to remove the top plate first and then the side plate.

拆箱后需要做以下的工作：

The following work needs to be done after unpacking:

（1）根據(jù)清單清點(diǎn)全部機(jī)組及附件；

(1) Count all units and accessories according to the list;

（2）查看機(jī)組及附件的主要尺寸是否與圖紙相符；

(2) Check whether the main dimensions of the unit and accessories are consistent with the drawings;

（3）檢查機(jī)組及附件有無損壞和銹蝕；

(3) Check the unit and accessories for damage and corrosion;

（4）如果機(jī)組經(jīng)檢查后不能及時(shí)安轉(zhuǎn)，應(yīng)將拆卸過的機(jī)件精加工面上重新涂上防銹油。進(jìn)行妥善保管；

(4) If the unit cannot be installed in time after inspection, the finished surface of the disassembled parts shall be coated with anti-rust oil again. Keep it properly;

（5）開箱后的機(jī)組要注意保管，須水平放置，各種接口須封蓋、包扎、防止雨水和灰沙侵入。

(5) The unpacked unit shall be carefully kept and placed horizontally. All interfaces shall be sealed and bound to prevent rain and sand intrusion.
