由于瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組內(nèi)有多處采用壓力密封的形式，這種密封一般在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)有約1/3負(fù)荷時(shí)，才充分發(fā)揮作用，而負(fù)荷小時(shí)便有可能出現(xiàn)輕微的滲漏現(xiàn)象，因此不少制造商普遍給予強(qiáng)調(diào)。若發(fā)電機(jī)組在小負(fù)荷下運(yùn)行，隨著運(yùn)行時(shí)間的延續(xù)，會(huì)出現(xiàn)以下故障:
As pressure seals are used in many parts of the gas generator set, this kind of seal can only fully play its role when the engine has about 1 / 3 load, and slight leakage may occur when the load is small, so many manufacturers generally emphasize it. If the generator unit operates under small load, the following faults will occur with the extension of operation time:
1、活塞—汽缸套密封不好,機(jī)油上竄,進(jìn)入燃燒室燃燒，排氣冒藍(lán)煙。
1. The piston cylinder liner is not well sealed, and the engine oil escapes and enters the combustion chamber for combustion, and the exhaust gas emits blue smoke.
