沼氣發(fā)電機組在使用中需要注意什么？

1、剛采購過來的沼氣發(fā)電機組，在運行了50個小時建議進行一次常規(guī)保養(yǎng)，因為機組的磨合期的保養(yǎng)至關(guān)重要，操作人員必須經(jīng)常檢查沼氣發(fā)電機組進氣管路，防止沼氣泄漏和冷凝水過多而影響供氣。
1. For the newly purchased biogas generator set, it is recommended to carry out routine maintenance after 50 hours of operation, because the maintenance of the unit during the running in period is very important. The operator must often check the air inlet pipeline of the biogas generator set to prevent biogas leakage and too much condensate from affecting the gas supply.
2、沼氣發(fā)電機工作時應經(jīng)常巡視、檢查沼氣發(fā)電機組的運行情況，沼氣脫硫及穩(wěn)壓、防爆裝置，另外，為了防止進氣管回火引起沼氣管路發(fā)生爆炸，應在沼氣供應管路上安置防回火與防爆裝置，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題應及時調(diào)整或上報有關(guān)領(lǐng)導。
