錯(cuò)誤啟動(dòng)方式1：加大油門啟動(dòng)
Wrong start mode 1: increase the throttle to start
請(qǐng)不要在發(fā)電機(jī)啟動(dòng)時(shí)候加油門。只要將油門放到怠速位置上。有些操作者想要柴油發(fā)電機(jī)迅速啟動(dòng)，啟動(dòng)前或者啟動(dòng)過(guò)程中猛加油門。這樣會(huì)造成燃油浪費(fèi)，降低潤(rùn)滑效果以及對(duì)柴油發(fā)電機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)部件造成較大的損壞。
Please do not open the oil filling door when the generator starts. Just put the throttle in the idle position. Some operators want the diesel generator to start quickly, and increase the throttle sharply before or during starting. This will cause fuel waste, reduce the lubrication effect and cause greater damage to the moving parts of diesel generator.
錯(cuò)誤啟動(dòng)方式2：機(jī)油和燃油不按季節(jié)換用
Wrong start mode 2: oil and fuel are not changed according to season
在炎熱的季節(jié)，請(qǐng)使用粘度高的機(jī)油和燃油；在寒冷的季節(jié)，請(qǐng)使用粘度低的機(jī)油和燃油。不然，發(fā)電機(jī)就很難起動(dòng)或根本不能啟動(dòng)。
In hot season, please use high viscosity oil and fuel; in cold season, please use low viscosity oil and fuel. Otherwise, the generator will be difficult to start or unable to start at all.

柴油發(fā)電機(jī)引火啟動(dòng)時(shí)，不要在進(jìn)氣管處。不然會(huì)使物質(zhì)燃燒產(chǎn)生的灰燼及硬雜物吸進(jìn)氣缸，造成進(jìn)、排氣門關(guān)閉不嚴(yán)并拉傷氣缸。
Do not start the diesel generator at the intake pipe when it is ignited. Otherwise, the ash and hard debris generated by the material combustion will be absorbed into the cylinder, resulting in the intake and exhaust valves not being closed tightly and the cylinder will be strained.
錯(cuò)誤啟動(dòng)方式4：驟加沸水啟動(dòng)或無(wú)水啟動(dòng)
Wrong start mode 4: start with boiling water or no water
根據(jù)熱脹冷縮的原理，會(huì)激裂缸蓋、機(jī)體和缸套等零部件，柴油發(fā)電機(jī)無(wú)冷卻水時(shí)起動(dòng)會(huì)使氣缸組件、缸蓋和機(jī)體等零部件溫度急劇升高。
According to the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction, the cylinder head, cylinder block and cylinder liner will be cracked. When the diesel generator is started without cooling water, the temperature of cylinder block, cylinder head and cylinder block will rise sharply.
錯(cuò)誤啟動(dòng)方式5：直接將機(jī)油加入氣缸
Wrong start mode 5: add oil to cylinder directly
機(jī)油不能完全燃燒，易產(chǎn)生積碳，使活塞環(huán)的彈性減弱，氣缸的密封性能下降。還會(huì)加速氣缸套的磨損，導(dǎo)致發(fā)電機(jī)的功率下降，使發(fā)電機(jī)起動(dòng)困難。
The engine oil can't burn completely, so it is easy to produce carbon deposit, which weakens the elasticity of piston ring and reduces the sealing performance of cylinder. It will also accelerate the wear of the cylinder liner, resulting in the decrease of the power of the generator, making it difficult to start the generator.
