1.氣缸蓋螺母的組裝

1. Assembly of cylinder head nuts

擰緊氣缸蓋螺母時，應(yīng)分?jǐn)?shù)次逐步擰緊到規(guī)定的力矩，并按先中間、后兩邊、對角交叉的原則進(jìn)行。拆缸時也應(yīng)按規(guī)定順序逐步擰松。若氣缸蓋螺母擰緊得不均勻或不平衡，會引起缸蓋平面翹曲變形。若螺母擰得過緊，螺栓會拉伸變形，機(jī)體和螺紋也會受到損壞。若螺母擰得不夠緊，會造成氣缸漏氣、漏水、漏油，氣缸內(nèi)的高溫氣體也會燒壞氣缸墊。

When tightening the cylinder head nuts, gradually tighten them to the specified torque several times, and proceed according to the principle of first middle, then two sides and diagonal crossing. When removing the cylinder, loosen it gradually according to the specified sequence. If the cylinder head nuts are tightened unevenly or unevenly, the cylinder head plane will be warped and deformed. During installation, the flywheel nut must be tightened and locked with thrust washer. If the flywheel nut is not tightened tightly, the coking machine will produce a knocking sound when it is working. In serious cases, it will damage the conical surface of the crankshaft, cut the keyway, and twist the crankshaft, causing serious accidents. Also note that the angle of the thrust washer can only be broken once.

3.連桿螺栓的組裝

3. Assembly of connecting rod bolts

用友良鋼材加工的連桿螺栓在工作中承受很大沖擊力，不能用普通螺栓代替。擰緊時扭力要均勻，兩根連桿螺栓要輪流分幾次逐步擰緊到規(guī)定力矩，后用鍍鋅鐵絲鎖緊。

The connecting rod bolts made of Yosemite steel bear great impact force during work and cannot be replaced by ordinary bolts. When tightening, the torque should be uniform. The two connecting rod bolts should be tightened gradually to the specified torque several times in turn, and then locked with galvanized iron wire.

若連桿螺栓扭緊力矩過大，會使螺栓拉伸變形甚至折斷，引起搗缸事故;若連桿螺栓擰緊力矩過小，軸瓦間隙增大，工作時產(chǎn)生敲擊聲和沖擊載荷，甚至發(fā)生燒瓦抱軸及連桿螺栓折斷事故。

If the tightening torque of the connecting rod bolt is too large, the bolt will be stretched and deformed or even broken, causing the cylinder tamping accident; If the tightening torque of the connecting rod bolt is too small, the clearance of the bearing bush will increase, resulting in knocking sound and impact load during operation, and even the accident of burning the bearing bush and holding the shaft and breaking the connecting rod bolt.

4.主軸承螺栓的組裝

應(yīng)保證主軸承的安裝精度，且不松動。擰緊主軸承螺栓時，5道主軸承應(yīng)按照先中間，后2、4道，再1、5道的順序，分2～3次均勻擰緊到規(guī)定的力矩。每擰緊一道還應(yīng)檢查一次曲軸轉(zhuǎn)動是否正常。主軸承螺栓擰緊力矩過大或過小所產(chǎn)生的危害，與連桿螺栓擰緊力矩過大或過小所產(chǎn)生的危害基本相同。

The installation accuracy of the main bearing shall be guaranteed without looseness. When tightening the main bearing bolts, the five main bearings should be tightened evenly to the specified torque in 2-3 times in the sequence of first middle, then 2 and 4, then 1 and 5. Check whether the crankshaft rotates normally after each tightening. The harm caused by excessive or too small tightening torque of main bearing bolts is basically the same as that caused by excessive or too small tightening torque of connecting rod bolts.

5.平衡塊螺栓的組裝

平衡塊螺栓安裝時應(yīng)按順序，分幾次逐步擰緊到規(guī)定力矩。平衡塊應(yīng)按原位裝復(fù)，否則會失去平衡作用。

When installing the balance weight bolts, tighten them gradually to the specified torque in sequence and several times. The balance weight shall be reinstalled in situ, otherwise it will lose its balance function.

6.搖臂座螺母的組裝

6. Assembly of rocker arm seat nut

對于搖臂座螺母，在使用過程中要結(jié)合保養(yǎng)經(jīng)常定期檢查。如果搖臂座螺母松動，會使氣門間隙增大，氣門開啟延后，關(guān)閉提前，氣門開啟延續(xù)時間縮短，引起焦化機(jī)供氣不足，排氣不凈，功率下降，油耗增加。

The rocker arm seat nut should be regularly checked in combination with maintenance during use. If the rocker arm seat nut is loose, the valve clearance will increase, the valve opening will be delayed, the valve closing will be advanced, and the valve opening duration will be shortened, resulting in insufficient air supply, dirty exhaust, reduced power and increased fuel consumption of the coking machine.
