1、拆開(kāi)外表、管路及附件：拆掉油溫表和水溫表的感應(yīng)塞；拆下機(jī)油壓力表和管路；拆下外表盤(pán)、轉(zhuǎn)速表的軟管、撤除所有的機(jī)油管、柴油管和水管；拆下空氣濾芯、消聲器、進(jìn)氣管、排氣管；撤除所有的機(jī)油管、柴油管和水管；拆下空氣濾清器、吸引器、進(jìn)氣管和排氣管路；撤除冷卻體系的所有部件。撤除機(jī)油濾清器、機(jī)油冷卻器等。從深圳發(fā)電機(jī)上面拆開(kāi)發(fā)動(dòng)體系以及充電體系。

1. Disassemble the appearance, pipeline and accessories: remove the sensing plugs of the oil temperature gauge and water temperature gauge; Remove the oil pressure gauge and pipeline; Remove the outer disc and the hose of the tachometer, and remove all the oil pipes, diesel pipes and water pipes; Remove the air filter element, muffler, intake pipe and exhaust pipe; Remove all oil pipes, diesel pipes and water pipes; Remove the air filter, aspirator, intake pipe and exhaust pipe; Remove all components of the cooling system. 2、驗(yàn)查發(fā)電機(jī)組內(nèi)部的油和水：擰開(kāi)缸體、水箱、機(jī)油冷卻器的放水開(kāi)關(guān)排放潔凈；放出機(jī)油盤(pán)和機(jī)油冷卻器內(nèi)的悉數(shù)機(jī)油；關(guān)閉油箱閥門(mén)，拆下悉數(shù)的油管并放出油箱內(nèi)的柴油；在放出水、機(jī)油、和柴油時(shí)，要保持維修場(chǎng)所的清洗。

2. Check the oil and water inside the generator set: unscrew the drain switches of the cylinder block, water tank and oil cooler to discharge clean; Drain all the oil from the oil pan and oil cooler; Close the oil tank valve, remove all the oil pipes and drain the diesel in the oil tank; When draining water, engine oil and diesel oil, keep the maintenance site clean.

3、拆開(kāi)汽缸蓋：先要拆掉氣門(mén)室罩殼；在拆開(kāi)搖臂時(shí)，要先把機(jī)油管與汽缸蓋的回油螺絲拆下；拆開(kāi)搖臂座時(shí)，兩個(gè)搖臂座一同取下并放好；在拆開(kāi)汽缸蓋螺母時(shí)要先外后內(nèi)按對(duì)角進(jìn)行，其他部件按順序取下。然后撤除焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組的剩下部件。

3. Dismantle the cylinder cover: remove the valve cover first; When disassembling the rocker arm, first remove the oil return screw of the oil pipe and the cylinder head; When disassembling the rocker arm base, take down and place the two rocker arm bases together; When disassembling the cylinder head nuts, the outer part shall be removed first and then the inner part shall be removed diagonally.
