1、空載發(fā)電機(jī)組，按前方法進(jìn)行認(rèn)真檢查，各方面均很正常后，即可啟動(dòng)機(jī)組。機(jī)組啟動(dòng)后，將轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)整至怠速，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)10分鐘。并檢視機(jī)油壓力，傾聽焦化機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)聲響，然后停車。
1. The no-load generator set shall be carefully checked according to the previous method. After all aspects are normal, the unit can be started. After the unit is started, adjust the speed to idle speed and run for 10 minutes. Check the oil pressure, listen to the running sound of the coking machine, and then stop.
2、打開汽缸體側(cè)蓋板，用手觸摸主軸承、連桿軸承等處的溫度，要求不應(yīng)高于80℃,即不太燙手為正常，并觀察各機(jī)件運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況。若各機(jī)件溫度及結(jié)構(gòu)均正常之后，再按下述規(guī)范繼續(xù)進(jìn)行磨合。
2. Open the side cover plate of the cylinder block, touch the temperature of the main bearing, connecting rod bearing, etc. by hand, which should not be higher than 80 ℃, that is, it is normal if it is not too hot, and observe the operation of all parts. If the temperature and structure of all parts are normal, continue to run in according to the following specifications.

3、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速由怠速逐步升高至額定轉(zhuǎn)速，高空載轉(zhuǎn)速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間應(yīng)不超過5-10min。在磨合期間，冷卻水溫應(yīng)保持在75-80℃，機(jī)油溫度不應(yīng)高于90℃。
3. The engine speed gradually increases from idle speed to rated speed, and the operating time at high no-load speed shall not exceed 5-10min. During running in, the cooling water temperature shall be kept at 75-80 ℃, and the engine oil temperature shall not be higher than 90 ℃.
4、在使用過程中，由于冷卻系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的限制，工作負(fù)荷及轉(zhuǎn)速的變化，環(huán)境溫度的改變等因素，使焦化機(jī)工作溫度的變化范圍很大。實(shí)踐表明，冷卻水溫度控制在75~85℃，潤滑油溫度在75~95℃時(shí)為有利。
4.
