2.開機前請檢查機組上方是否有雜物，如有雜物或小的工具請及時清理，機組上方嚴禁放東西!因機組在運轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)電過程中機組會產(chǎn)生一定的震動力，會將機組上的方的物品震落，如掉落的物品與機組的排氣扇相碰，將會造成物品的破損，機組的損害，人員的傷害。

2. Before startup, please check whether there are sundries above the unit. If there are sundries or small tools, please clean them in time. It is strictly forbidden to put anything above the unit! During the operation and power generation of the unit, the unit will produce a certain vibration force, which will shake off the square articles on the unit. If the falling articles collide with the exhaust fan of the unit, they will cause damage to the articles, the unit and personal injury.

3.在機房內(nèi)應(yīng)做好防鼠措施。養(yǎng)殖場是老鼠經(jīng)常出沒的地方，特別是機房內(nèi)老鼠更容易愿意在此安家，老鼠會把控制箱里的線咬壞，輕則造成線路短路，重則會造成連電燒毀電機，所以務(wù)必做好防鼠工作。

3. Rodent prevention measures shall be taken in the machine room. The farm is a place where rats often haunt, especially in the machine room. Rats are more likely to settle here. Rats will bite the wires in the control box, which may cause short circuit, or even burn the motor. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in rat prevention.

4.保證水箱防凍液或水的充足，以防水箱及發(fā)動機缺水造成的機組損傷。水箱缺水要及時加滿，加水請加防凍液或大桶裝的純凈水，這樣可減少水結(jié)垢，以免造成水循環(huán)不好產(chǎn)生的高溫。

4. Ensure sufficient antifreeze or water in the water tank to prevent unit damage caused by water shortage in the water tank and engine. If the water tank is short of water, fill it up in time. Add antifreeze or purified water in large barrels when adding water, so as to reduce water scaling and avoid high temperature caused by poor water circulation.

5.保證發(fā)動機內(nèi)不缺油。加油時要加到油標尺指定范圍內(nèi)，加機油要加大品牌的油例如殼牌，長城，統(tǒng)一，美孚等。機油要用CF等級以上的機油，如果機油用的不好的時間長了會導致機體的缸蓋損壞。

5. Ensure that there is no lack of oil in the engine. When adding oil, it shall be added to the specified range of the oil scale. When adding oil, it shall increase the brand oil, such as shell, great wall, uni president, Mobil, etc. The engine oil shall be of CF grade or above. If the engine oil is not used well for a long time, the cylinder head of the engine body will be damaged.

6.在機組運行正常后合閘輸出電前一定要確保市電已經(jīng)斷開，防止與市電相沖燒毀機組
