1、卸載：

1. Uninstall:

燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組600kw停機(jī)前，要先卸去負(fù)荷。

Before the gas generator unit is shut down at 600kW, the load shall be removed first.

2、怠速運(yùn)行:

額定轉(zhuǎn)速下運(yùn)行幾分鐘，初步冷卻后，再將怠速/額定轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)置于“怠速”位置，使機(jī)組怠速運(yùn)行.使其水溫和油溫降下來。

Operate at the rated speed for several minutes. After initial cooling, place the idle / rated change-over switch in the "idle" position to make the unit operate at idle speed and reduce its water and oil temperature.

3、切斷氣源：

3. Cut off the air supply:

當(dāng)機(jī)組“水溫”、降低到60℃以下后，關(guān)閉手動(dòng)燃?xì)忾y門。剩余的燃?xì)饪墒箼C(jī)組繼續(xù)運(yùn)行1、2分鐘，燃?xì)夂谋M后，機(jī)組將自動(dòng)停機(jī)。

When the "water temperature" of the unit drops below 60 ℃, close the manual gas valve. The remaining gas can keep the unit running for 1 or 2 minutes. After the gas is exhausted, the unit will shut down automatically.

注意：

對(duì)于配置增壓器的機(jī)組，水溫、油溫降至60℃時(shí)不能接著關(guān)氣、停機(jī)，應(yīng)再空載運(yùn)行5分鐘，使增壓器進(jìn)一步冷卻。否則會(huì)造成增壓器漏油。

For the unit equipped with supercharger, when the water temperature and oil temperature drop to 60 ℃, it is not allowed to turn off the gas and stop the machine. It shall run no-load for another 5 minutes to further cool the supercharger. Otherwise, the supercharger will leak oil.

4、停機(jī)后，將控制屏面板上的鑰匙關(guān)畢。

7、緊急停機(jī)。正常運(yùn)行的燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組600kw，未按正常停機(jī)步驟停機(jī)都屬于緊急停機(jī)。主要有兩種情況：

7. Emergency stop. The 600 kW gas-fired generator set in normal operation, which is not shut down according to the normal shutdown steps, belongs to emergency shutdown. There are two main situations:

（1）發(fā)電機(jī)組因超速、油壓低等故障原因，自行報(bào)警停機(jī)。

(1) The generator set will alarm and shut down automatically due to overspeed and low oil pressure.

（2）在使用過程中，遇到危及人身及設(shè)備穩(wěn)定的緊急情況時(shí)，發(fā)電運(yùn)行人員按下“緊急停車”按鈕，人為機(jī)組停車。緊急停機(jī)的處理措施:切斷電源，用盤車工具人力盤轉(zhuǎn)曲軸，同時(shí)用手動(dòng)機(jī)油泵泵油，帶機(jī)組水溫、油溫降至60℃以下后，在進(jìn)行檢查處理。

(2) In case of emergency endangering personal and equipment stability during use, the power generation operator shall press the "emergency stop" button to stop the unit manually. Treatment measures for emergency shutdown: cut off the power supply, manually turn the crankshaft with turning tools, and pump oil with manual motor oil pump at the same time.
