生物質(zhì)秸稈發(fā)電的優(yōu)勢有哪些?
秸稈發(fā)電是秸稈優(yōu)化利用的主要形式之一,是生物質(zhì)氣發(fā)電的一種,秸稈是一種很好的清潔可再生能源,每兩噸秸稈的熱值相當于一噸標準煤,而且其平均含硫量只有千分之3.8,而煤的平均含硫量達到百分之一,在生物質(zhì)的再生利用過程中,排放的CO2與生物質(zhì)再生時吸收的CO2達到平衡,具有CO2零排放的作用,對緩解和更終解決溫室效應問題將具有重大意義。

秸稈發(fā)電一般分為燃料準備階段和輸送階段,進入燃料倉之前的秸稈處理生產(chǎn)線為燃料準備階段,從燃料倉到爐前這個階段為燃料輸送階段。

秸稈通過皮帶輸送線(上料)->切碎機(粗加工)->錘磨機(細加工)->旋風分離器(分離切碎的秸稈和粉塵,秸稈進入料倉)->布袋除塵器(粉塵回收,氣體排放)

秸稈通過位于燃料倉下部平面布置的由變頻電機驅(qū)動的橫向排放螺旋輸送機驅(qū)動進而送入一個縱向螺旋輸送機。從縱向螺旋輸送機出來的燃料進入出料口的螺旋氣閥。通過一次風機將從位于燃料倉的下部出料口的燃料以氣動的形式分別送入燃燒器進行燃燒。
