分析了天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)電控系統(tǒng)的基本工作原理、電控系統(tǒng)組成等，包括空氣進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)、天然氣供氣系統(tǒng)等，并基于GT-Power建立了天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)一維仿真平均值模型，包括利用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)相關(guān)變量關(guān)系進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練、相關(guān)損失的標(biāo)定等；進(jìn)而在分析天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與發(fā)電機(jī)匹配的基礎(chǔ)上，研究了燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組的控制策略，并基于PID控制與神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制算法對(duì)天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)電控系統(tǒng)控制策略進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與仿真驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明，所設(shè)計(jì)的控制策略能較好的實(shí)現(xiàn)天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速控制，確保了燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組的工作穩(wěn)定性。

The basic working principle and composition of the electronic control system of natural gas engine are analyzed, including air intake system and natural gas supply system. Based on GT power, the one-dimensional simulation average model of natural gas engine is established, including using neural network to train the relationship between relevant variables and calibrate the relevant loss. Then the relationship between natural gas engine and generator is analyzed On the basis of matching, the control strategy of gas generator set is studied, and the control strategy of electronic control system of natural gas engine is designed and simulated based on PID control and neural network control algorithm. The results show that the designed control strategy can better realize the speed control of natural gas engine and ensure the working stability of gas generator set.
