During the operation of diesel generator set, it is necessary to charge it. What should be paid attention to when charging?

1、電解液容器要用瓷器或大玻璃瓶，禁止使用鐵、銅、鋅等金屬容器，嚴禁把蒸餾水倒入硫酸內(nèi)，以防引起爆炸。

1. Porcelain or large glass bottles shall be used as electrolyte containers. It is forbidden to use metal containers such as iron, copper and zinc. It is forbidden to pour distilled water into sulfuric acid to prevent explosion.

2、維修交流電路時，切斷電源，嚴禁帶電作業(yè)。

3、工作時要穿好防護用具，嚴防酸液飛濺傷人。

4、充電時要找準蓄電池的正、負極，把線柱和接柱夾緊，防止因混線短路而引起火災(zāi)、爆炸和反充電等事故。

5、充電中，要經(jīng)常檢查殼蓋透氣情況，防止由于氣孔閉塞，蓄電池內(nèi)部壓力上升，而導(dǎo)致蓄電池外殼損壞。

6、充電間要保持通風(fēng)良好，不準將電解液潑灑、滲漏在地上，蓄電池架上的電解液應(yīng)隨時沖洗干凈。

7、不準在充電間用短路的方法檢查蓄電池的電壓，防止迸出火花造成事故。

在柴油發(fā)電機組進行充電的時候還會遇到充不進電的問題，那么又該如何解決呢？出現(xiàn)這種問題有可能是保險絲或整流二極管損壞所造成的。當保險絲燒斷后，充電機電源指示燈不亮；整流二極管損壞后，充電機的電源指示燈亮，但無直流電輸出。

When the diesel generator set is charged, it will encounter the problem that it can not be charged, so how to solve it? This problem may be caused by the fuse or rectifier diode damage. When the fuse is blown out, the charger power indicator is not on; After the rectifier diode is damaged, the power indicator of the charger is on, but there is no DC output.

1、充電機變壓器被燒壞。

1. The charger transformer was burnt out.

2、充電機的保險絲被燒壞。

2. The fuse of the charger is burnt out.

3、充電機的充電電流表損壞。

3. The charging ammeter of the charger is damaged.

4、充電機上的二極管被燒壞。

4. The diode on the charger is burnt out.

排除故障的方法就是：斷開充電機與蓄電池的連接線，用萬用表直流電壓擋（50V）測試充電機兩個輸出接線柱間的電壓，注意紅表筆接充電機的正極，黑表筆接負極，發(fā)現(xiàn)無電壓輸出。拆下充電機外殼，對充電保險芯子進行檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)60A的保險芯子燒壞。更換后，充電機恢復(fù)正常充電，故障即被排除。

The troubleshooting method is: disconnect the connecting line between the charger and the battery, test the voltage between the two output terminals of the charger with the DC voltage gear (50V) of the multimeter, pay attention to the red lead connected to the positive pole of the charger, and the black lead connected to the negative pole, and find that there is no voltage output. The charger shell was removed and the charging fuse core was inspected. It was found that the fuse core of 60A was burnt out. After replacement, the charger returns to normal charging, and the fault is eliminated.

在柴油發(fā)電機組充電過程中除了自身注意安全外，還要注意充電過程可能出現(xiàn)的故障，及時排除故障，保障柴油發(fā)電機組的正常運行
